our policy
Cancellation
* Your time is precious, so is ours, so let’s help each other make the most of it by following our cancellation Policy.
Luna Hair requires a credit card in order to reserve your appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule your appointment Luna Hair requires 48 hours notice. If 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No shows are included in this policy.
REDO / ADJUSTMENTS
In the event that you are unhappy with the results of your hair service. Please call the salon with in two weeks of your service. We are happy to make small adjustments with in that time frame.
CONFIRMATION CALLS
We will text & confirm your service appointment 1-5 business days prior to your appointment date. If we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates & times to avoid missed appointments & the cancellation fee.
REFUNDS
Luna Hair does not offer refunds of any kind.
